The Guest Experience
Going to a new salon can be intimidating and trusting a new stylist can be hard. I totally get it! That’s what’s unique about my one-chair setting- you don’t have to worry about what other people are thinking. I’ve created a relaxed, judgment-free environment just for you!
We’ll have a thorough consultation and make sure you are 100% confident in the services you are receiving. From there, we will set up an install date!
During your installation, I’ll stay focused while creating your row and paying attention to every little hair on your head to make sure it is perfectly placed. All you have to do is relax while I transform your hair! Feel free to bring something like an iPad/Laptop/kindle in to entertain yourself with!
I’ll teach you the secrets on keeping your hair exactly how it was the day you left the salon.
We’ll create a maintenance plan and home care routine together to make sure you feel great about your hair all the way until your next visit with me.
Once we make sure you absolutely love the finished product, we’ll get you set up for your next appointment, checked out and you’ll be on your way!

First, make sure to review the service pages to get an expectation of what your investment may look like, and what all is included in your service.
Next, fill out a short form of where you’ll explain your hair history and goals. Upon approval, you’ll get further instructions on how to book an appointment!
At this point, you’ll be set up with a consultation so we can start the process of helping you have the hair you’ve always wanted. You’ll get all the information you need so you can feel confident in moving forward!
What to expect after you fill out the New Guest Questionnaire:
I’ll be notified that you have filled out the questionnaire. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response. Once your form has been approved, you’ll receive an email containing more information.
If we don’t seem to be the right fit, you will be sent some recommendations of other salons in the area that might be a better fit for your specific needs.
When you arrive for your extension consultation we’ll discuss your hair goals and how to get you there as fast and healthy as possible. We will be able to schedule your first official service appointment. (Color appointments do not require a separate consultation) From there, the magic will begin! Get excited!
