Cancellation and Rescheduling


In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation/rescheduling fee. To ensure the policy is upheld, a credit card on file is required book any appointment. Any appointment not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under my cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged 50% to your card on file of what the scheduled services were valued at. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment.

No-Show

Failure to communicate that you will not be coming to your scheduled appointment will incur a no-show fee. Your card on file will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the services scheduled.

Extensions

Deposits are required to secure the installation appointment and are non-refundable. Extension hair is non-returnable. In the event that the client chooses to no longer wear the extensions, they are still responsible for the total payment of services performed. The client will be informed of proper home care and maintenance on install day. The client is to never cut, remove, color, perm, or use any other chemicals on the extensions other than what the stylist has approved. The client should inform the stylist of any possible allergies. If any reactions occur- including but not limited to silicone or metal allergies, or contact dermatitis- the stylist is not responsible.  During the maintenance appointment, natural shedding is normal and should not be interpreted as hair that is damaged from the extensions. The risk of any damage to the client's hair or scalp is lowered by keeping regular maintenance appointments and following proper home care.

All guests' payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my POS system.

Service adjustment

Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your service or within 10 days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 10 days of your initial appointment.

Salon Etiquette:

Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
